Jane de Leon explained the photo she shared with Rob Gomez
Kapamilya actress Jane de Leon reacted to the rumors linking her and Kapuso actor Rob Gomez.
Jane’s career in the entertainment industry skyrocketed when she was chosen to play the character of the iconic Pinay superhero Darna in a TV series. From that, big acting projects were offered to her, aside from the many endorsements that came along her way.
It was recently announced that she will star in the movie Strange Frequencies: Haunted Hospital with Kapamilya actor Enrique Gil. This movie is part of the Metro Manila Film Festival 2024.
In an interview about this movie, based on the article in Pilipino Star Ngayon, Enrique said that this horror movie is something to watch out for because of its unique concept. He shared that its style is like a found footage. The actor also said that as far as he knows, this kind of movie was not done in the Philippine movie industry.
Jane de Leon shared that she is a big fan of horror films. She assured the viewers that they will see something different when they watch their movie. The actress said that they showcased their authentic scary reactions in the film so, it did not look like they were just acting.
The cast also included Rob Gomez and speaking about the Kapuso actor, Jane was asked about the photo she posted on her Instagram in which Rob can be spotted there.
She explained that the photo was taken during their rest day and she had a lot of companion at that time. She was with her mom, her make up artist, as well as Rob and Zarck.
“So noong time na ‘yon na may na-upload ako, minsan na nga lang mag-upload sa Instagram, nahagip ‘tong si Rob. So, I was with Rob and Zarck,” the actress shared.
Jane de Leon said that she and Rob Gomez just learned that write ups about them circulated because of that photo. The actress shared that the actor apologized to her for being dragged into the issue. Jane said that it was okay since because she knows that Rob is a good person.
