“Wil to Win” host Willie Revillame did this on air to his staff after spotting some flaws in their program’s flow.
For many years as a host, Willie Revillame surely has some moments on air where tends to be sometimes frank and honest. What he cannot tolerate ever since are the flaws in his program and right there and then, what he often does is reprimand the staff.
This kind of incident happened many times which, sometimes, give viewers an audience an awkward time watching. To some people, they are the ones who feel the embarrassment for the subject. These incidents also left people the impression that he is “mayabang”, “arogante”, and “palaging galit”.
In a previous article, Willie defended himself from criticisms and explained that his reactions were just due to his intention to give people a great program. He added that he’s the one accountable to whatever happens in the program and as much as possible, he wants to have a flawless flow of the program.
In one of the recent episodes of his new show in TV5, some clips of him reprimanding the staff emerged online. For one, a floor director passed by blocking his camera which was viewed by many.
Another one was during one of the segments. The staff did something wrong which triggered him and on air, he told everyone that after the show, they will be having a meeting.
“Jusko! Aatakihin ako sa iyo dito,” he quipped.

The game show of the Kapuso actor is their rival and according to him, despite the low rating his show registered, what matters most is that they give happiness to people and that their show is an original.
