Fast-Food Crew Expresses Disappointment After Family Leaves Trash Inside Establishment Due to “Bad Service”
A family earns reactions online after leaving a mess in a popular fast-food restaurant, citing poor service as their reason.
Recently, the Facebook page “Serbis Kru” shared a photo of a mess left at a popular fast-food chain. The post immediately circulated on social media and garnered various reactions from the online community.
The post described a scenario where a family, who appeared to be well-off, visited a crowded fast-food chain. Due to the high volume of customers, the crew members were struggling to keep up with the orders.
The uploader recounted his experience when he was still a crew member at McDonald’s. The staff remembered that the employees were busy at that time and were doing their best to manage the crowd.
The crew quickly ran to the counter to get the order of a family. The staff managed to get their orders quickly. They didn’t have drinks, so the latter decided to get them some water as part of their initiative to provide good service
After a few moments, the family’s child started throwing the water on the floor. The parents just allowed it but the worker kept its composure and cleaned their table.

“Naalala ko nung crew pa ako sa McDo, may kaya ‘yung pamilya of course. Sobrang dami ng tao that time, hindi magkanda-ugaga ‘yung mga kasamahan ko na crew, syempre kasama na ako doon. Nung nag-follow na ng order ‘yung pamilyang ‘yon, ako ang saktong nasa party area because lobby person ang duty ko noon. I actually ran to the counter para kunin na ‘yung order nila dahil medyo gigil na si mother earth. Success, nakuha ko naman agad yung orders nila. Wala silang drinks so I decided na ikuha na rin sila ng water since ang mga crew ng McDonald’s ay mga marunong mag-initiate. Nagulat ako nung tinatapon nung anak nila yung tubig sa floor. Wala akong ibang narinig doon sa magulang kung hindi “Sige lang anak, bad service sila eh, deserve nila ‘yan.” (Tinatagan ko ang loob ko at hindi pinakitang pagod na ako) sabay linis sa ilalim ng table nila dahil may care pa rin akong baka madulas ‘yung anak nilang alam kong may isip na sa ganong klase ng bagay.
