Cindy Miranda shared her thoughts on Xian Lim as her director
Actress Cindy Miranda has this request to the bashers of Kapuso actor Xian Lim who directed the new horror movie Kuman Thong.
Cindy is the lead star in the horror movie that was shot in Thailand. It also featured child star Althea Ruedas and Thai actor Max Nattapol. In a previous interview, the actress shared her experience working with Xian as her director.
Cindy said that it was smooth working with Xian. Although they had to do a fast-paced shooting and the weather was so hot, in general, they had a great time.
In a recent interview, based on the article in Bandera, Cindy Miranda reiterated that she had no problem working with Xian Lim even though she is aware of the issue that the actor-director went through, she still has positive words for him.
“I have friends telling me about it but for me, it’s my first time to work with direk Xian and napaka-cool po ng vibe, napakabagets,” she said, adding that their director said that they are all “bagets” and they should not be afraid to say what they want.
For her, Xian was not affected by the issue because it was a breeze working with him. The actress also stressed that she is not defending Xian because she does not completely know the issues about him and she was just being honest that she never saw their director getting angry or shouting at them.
With this, Cindy Miranda requested the bashers of Xian Lim to separate his personal life from his professional life.
“Those issues are not part of this movie and sana po huwag po nilang idamay. For me, Xian is a good director. He’s all about work, work. So ihawalay po nila. I hope they will give this movie a chance and Xian as a director aside from whatever na mga issues,” the actress said.
