KRIS AQUINO – The media personality announced that she is with someone new and politician Mark Leviste has this reaction.
The on-and-off relationship of Batangas Vice Governor Mark Leviste and media personality Kris Aquino was publicized. However, just recently, Aquino finally put an end to this by confirming their split and, at the same time, announcing a new person in her life.
In a previous article, Kris announced that she has a new boyfriend. He is a doctor based in Makati and what makes their relationship now easier is because he fully understands her situation.
“He’s part of the reason why I’m confident na pwede akong umuwi kasi alam ko there’s someone who will help in taking care of me,” she said. She wants to keep her new relationship private. Her son Bimby also described the new guy as “makulit” but a “very good guy” adding that Kris’ heart now is peaceful.
In an interview with Ogie Diaz, she expressed that she is hopeful to return to the country in the last quarter of 2024.
With the new relationship announcement of Kris, what does Leviste has to say about this?
In a statement, the Batangas Vice Governor expressed that he is happy over the newfound love of Aquino but on the other side, there’s sadness over the end of their relationship.
“As Kris said we’re still ‘friendly.’ Sa totoo lang, wala naman nagbago sa akin, at wala din naman akong sama ng loob at hihinakit sa kanya. As a matter of fact, I am in the States now, while Bimb is back home,” he said.
He also added that he gave them assurance. He will accordingly be always there for them whenever they would his assistance. Watching her interview and seeing her happy brought him “solace”.
“The reality in this world is that things change, and I guess that’s okay. My heart will always treasure the memories we shared, and I will forever be grateful for our time together. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have been given the chance to take care of Kris, love her, and be loved by her,” he said.
