Actress-singer Karla Estrada has this to say about putting their family dream home on sale which went viral early this year.
January of 2024, the post about the house of Daniel Padilla and Karla Estrada on sale went viral online. This has ignited several speculations regarding their financial status and among others.
The house of Daniel and Karla has a modern Mediterranean theme with the fusion of earth colors, stones, bricks, and rustic materials. It is their dream house and with this knowledge, people online were confused as to why it was put on sale with an asking price of Php 50 million.
It covers a lot area of 500 sqm. and has six bedrooms and six bathrooms. The two-story house has a spacious five- to six-car garage and a maid’s and driver’s room.
In a social media just recently, Estrada has confirmed that the house is no longer for sale. As it appears, the post is to address the persistent questions from their critics. They were asking about the reason behind the move.
“Kaya sa mga panay post dyan hangang ngayon, na mistulang pa broker na kayo, ayan na ang latest. Para updated naman ang posts natin. Kung hindi nyo kami trip, ayos lang. Wag nyo na kami pag aksayan ng panahon,” part of her caption said.
She asked if part of the requirements to sell a property is to reveal the reason why. She also added that if the reason behind is their shaky financial status, it would be unrealistic as they are hardworking people.
“Kailangan nag hihirap na sa buhay agad kaya nagbebenta ng ari arian? Medyo malayo ata sa katotohana yun Kase masisipag kami sa buhay.”
