Delivery Rider Elicits Reactions Online for Throwing Customer’s Package Into Their House
A delivery rider elicits reactions online after being caught on camera throwing a customer’s package into their house.
A delivery rider, also known as a delivery driver or courier, is a person responsible for transporting goods from one location to another. These goods can include food, packages, documents, and other items.
Delivery riders typically work for delivery services, restaurants, online retailers, and logistics companies.
Communicating with customers is important in order to confirm delivery details, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Recently, the Facebook page “Pilipinas Overload” shared a video of a delivery rider who recklessly threw a customer’s package inside the house. The post garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the video, the rider arrived at a house but found no one there. Instead of waiting or trying to contact the customer, he took a quick photo. He then threw the package, worth P3,700 over the fence and into the house.
After making sure the package was inside, he left to deliver other items.
The angry customer expressed their frustration towards the Shopee Xpress rider’s behavior. The latter reiterated that delivery employees should contact their customers before delivering the item.
The video has a caption:
Many people online shared their opinions about what happened. Some were upset with the rider’s actions, while others had different views on the situation.
