Actress-beauty queen Ruffa Gutierrez has a lovely love life and this is what her daughters Lorin and Venice said about this.
The relationship of Ruffa Gutierrez and former Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista has been puzzling a lot for many years now. When asked about their relationship in their previous interviews, what they would often do is give vague answers refusing to put a label on what they share.
However, after years of speculations, Ruffa finally put an end to it saying that she and Bautista have been in a relationship for many years now.
“It’s always serious,” she said about what’s been going on between them. To recall, in 2022, Herbert revealed their “mature relationship” which just drew more confusion from the public.
In the same year, Ruffa said “Iba si Herbert” which fueled the speculations.
Ruffa’s daughter’s reactions
In an interview with Karen Davila, Gutierrez narrated the first date with Bautista which, to her delight, was with her daughters. It was Christmas time and it was him who insisted to take them as he would want to meet her daughters and make sure that they are comfortable with them.
Speaking about Ruffa’s love life, Lorin said that she doesn’t want anything specific just as long as her mother is happy. They don’t get “too overly involved” as long as she is happy.
Venice, on the other hand, said this based on the interview with Davila, “Her current partner now, he’s lovely, he’s a nice guy, he suits her really well, and she is ecstatic about him. Of course, I’m very happy for and again… if she’s happy, I’m happy.”
According to Ruffa, it all started in 2020 when they worked together in “The House Arrest Of Us”. Lorin said that the indication she observed that there was a “really strong connection” between them was when her mother decided to go back to school through his help and encouragement.
