Kapuso actor Paolo Contis literally grew up in front of the camera. He started as a child star and gradually, as he got older, he also started accepting more mature roles. He moved to GMA in 2004 and since then became popular because of his villain roles.
Outside the limelight, he is a son, a partner, a father, a colleague, and a friend. Also open to public is his love life and it is no secret that he had his fair share of relationships with women, both romantic and professional.

- Desiree Del Valle – They have worked together in ‘Tabing Ilog’, and back then, there were rumors about them being in a relationship.
- Nancy Castiglione – He dated the Italian-Filipina TV personality between 2002 and 2004.
- Isabel Oli – They were together sometime between 2006 to 2008. They actually got engaged but this only lasted for three week. She returned the ring as their relationship was already at the edge at that time.
- Lian Paz – He got married to the former EB Babe star. However, just like the previous ones, this relationship did not work out. In a previous article, Lian withdraw the annulment case due to lack of sufficient evidence.
- LJ Reyes – The Kapuso actress first worked with him in 2005 but they officially started dating in 2015. They have a daughter together named Summer Ayana who was born in 2019.
- Yen Santos – She is the current one but based on the speculations online, they have already separated. This is after Paolo unfollowed Yen after she did this to him first.
