The grand wedding of vloggers Cong TV and Viy Cortez became a much-talked about topic on social media. The hashtag #PerfectCongViynation is a trending topic online as many are excited to see them finally tie the knot after many years of being together.
Avid fans know that they chronicle their life and love story through their social media accounts. Finally, the wedding of Cong and Viy happened on June 17 at L’ Annunziata Parish Church which was magically transformed by event stylist Gideon Hermosa. Through his touches, the church setting matched the royalty-like themed of the wedding composed mainly of white and silver.
It was elevated by floral accents, luminous glass blooms, and a mirror aisle that has their initials on it.
The groom was dashing in his black suit while the bride was stunning in her customized bridal gown.
About the wedding gown
Viy’s wedding gown is a Leo Almodal creation. It was skillfully and creatively embedded with Swarovski crystals. As per the 27-year-old bride, it took more than people and a time frame of three months to complete the whole gown.
It features a sweetheart neckline that extends to its off-shoulder straps. Reportedly, it is worth Php 2.5 million. The “fresh look with a twist” makeup with muted hues on her face was done by makeup artist Paul Unating and this matched the half-bun hairstyle by hairstylist Daniel Forro.
Her YSL heels was customized by Almodal and her 10-carat diamond stud earrings are from Manila Diamond Studio.
On the other hand, Cong was emotional during the ceremony after seeing his bride walk down the aisle towards him.
