Kapuso actress Bea Alonzo revealed that she is not the one who initiated the breakup with actor Dominic Roque.

In an interview with Nelson Canlas for GMA Integrated News, Kapuso actress Bea Alonzo talked about the separation with Dominic Roque. What she revealed shed light to some of the false stories surrounding their split that hurt her.
She set the record straight about their split. According to her, she was not the one who initiated the break. This means that it was Dominic but she did not anymore disclose more details about it.
To recall, Bea and Dominic’s split was confirmed last February, ultimately ending the rumors that have been circulating online.
In the interview, she noted to just leave what happened in the past. They are okay and she stressed that their split was amicable.
In the statement they issued about their split, it was accordingly their mutual decision to end their engagement. It was not easy, including the part where they have to announce the separation, but they have to do the latter for their peace.
She said, “It’s amicable. OK naman kami. I think it will be disrespectful to the relationship and to the other person to talk about it. It’s a very sensitive topic. And gusto kong bigyang ng respeto at gusto kong iwan sa magandang paraan what we had.”
To recall, the former couple began dating in January 2021 and got engaged in July last year. Last May, Dominic spoke about about the split and according to him, he is doing well months after it happened. He said that he’s currently busy with his business and he’s been traveling for his social media content.
