Former Actress Lindsay Custodio Confirms Filing Complaint Vs. Frederick Cale

LINDSAY CUSTODIO – The former actress formally filed a complaint against her estranged husband, Frederick Cale.

Previously, the claims of Lindsay Custodio against her estranged husband, Frederick Cale, hooked the attention of countless people. Many were disappointed by the actions of Frederick based on the allegations of his wife.

Lindsay is a former actress who was part of the variety show Ang TV in 1992. Three (3) years after, she was also a cast in the romantic dance film Hataw Na. In 2000, she married then Tanauan, Batangas former vice mayor Julius Caesar Platon II.

The marriage of Lindsay and Julius were blessed with two (2) children, Sean Christopher and Charisse Marianne Custodio Platon. However, in 2018, the politician died from a car accident. Four years after her husband died, she remarried.

In 2022, Lindsay Custodio married businessman Frederick Cale. They’ve known each other for quite long and he was also her suitor before she got married to Julius.

However, Lindsay claimed that she had traumatic experience with Frederick on their wedding day. One of her claims was her husband allegedly forced her to withdraw her personal money and use it along with the cash gifts to them for their wedding in paying for the expenses for the event.

Recently, speaking to Pep, Lindsay Custodio gave an update that she has formally filed a complaint against Frederick Cale. Based on the article, the estranged husband of the former actress is currently based in Canada.

According to Lindsay, he filed a case against Frederick for violations against the Republic Act 9262 which protects the rights of women and children. She filed the complaint at the City Prosecutor’s Office in Muntinlupa City.

Based on the report, Lindsay Custodio shared that his legal counsel is lawyer Richard Librada. She subscribed it before Prosecutor Janine Rue P. Bareo. She was assisted by her legal counsel and she found out that the case was already raffled and assigned to a city prosecutor of Muntinlupa.

The former actress further shared that she filed the complaint on June 9 which is the Feast of the Sacred Heart. According to her, she surrenders everything to God and it is also the start of her healing journey.
