Gyl recounted her experience at a McDonald’s in San Nicolas around 1:00 AM, where she went to take out food. She noticed a large number of customers waiting and complaining. Some were visibly upset, slamming counters and speaking rudely to the staff.

The lady netizen Gyl waited patiently and reminded everyone to remain kind, especially to the fast-food crew. She emphasized that it is possible to follow up on orders calmly and that delays are often beyond the staff’s control.

For example, they might ask customers if they are willing to wait 20-30 minutes. If the waiting time extends a bit longer, Gyl urged understanding rather than frustration.

The female customer pointed out that everyone is tired and working hard for their families, and the ability to afford fast food does not justify poor behavior towards the staff. She stressed that everyone is equal and that mutual respect is important.

Quintana was upset by one customer’s aggressive behavior, complaining about the lack of improvement at the fast-food place. She reminded everyone that they were paying for food, not the staff’s dignity.

We went to mcdo San Nicolas around 1:00 AM in the morning para mag take out, then napansin ko super dami ng nag aantay at nag rereklamo na customer. We are all equal, lahat tayo nag tatrabaho for our family. Always remember bilog po ang mundo, we should be kind sa lahat ng makakasalamuha natin kahit pagod or natatagalan tayo put smile padin on our faces. Always spread kindness and be more patient. Yun lang.”
