Jackie Gonzaga and David Chua stirred relationship speculations
It’s Showtime host Jackie Gonzaga is now being linked to actor-director David Chua and the latter spoke about this.
The rumors linking Jackie and David started when their photos together surfaced online and they have sweet interactions on Instagram. Jackie reposted David’s post featuring their sweet moment during a break from their taping for their Net25 sitcom Good Will, based on the article in The Philippine Star.
Because of this, Jackie and David were teased by their respective fans. However, the actor-director clarified that he and the It’s Showtime host are not dating.
They first met in the last quarter of 2023 when she joined the cast of Good Will for its fourth season.
“I think most people know that she’s recovering from a breakup – an eight-year relationship at that – and I just want to help her move on,” David Chua shared.
The actor-director also shared his thoughts on Jackie Gonzaga. He said that the TV host/dancer is easy to hang out with. “Walang arte sa katawan, and being the people person that she is, she’s always willing to meet new people and discover new things,” he said about Jackie.
David also said that if Jackie had this kind of attitude and outlook, it would really be easy for her to recover from the breakup. He added that he would be there at Jackie’s side no matter what will happen.
The actor-director also said that the noontime show host is “bibo.” David pointed out that as Jackie is able to have banter with Unkabogable Star Vice Ganda, then, she is really smart and gutsy. For him, this is Jackie, someone who is easy to talk with and she is not pretentious.
“Of course, she’s very stunning! And because she’s a dancer, she’s also very much into fitness, just like me,” David Chua said about Jackie Gonzaga.
Meanwhile, David was previously linked to actress Cristine Reyes after they were spotted together at a concert. After that, he was linked to actress Devon Seron. Jackie reportedly broke up with Hashtag member Tom Doromal.
