Willie Revillame: Alleged Reason Why TV Host Didn’t Stick w/ ALLTV, PTV4

Is it true that this was the reason why Willie Revillame left ALLTV?

Veteran TV host Willie Revillame resigned from ALLTV and his deal with PTV4 did not push through, and allegedly, this is the reason behind this.

Willie transferred to ALLTV from GMA-7. He brought his Wowowin show to the network owned by his friend billionaire businessman Manny Villar. However, the veteran TV host decided to resign.

Eventually, reports surfaced that Willie was negotiating with PTV4 and IBC13, both managed by the government. However, the negotiation did not have a remarkable development.

Later on, it was reported that he met with the executives of TV5 and the deal was closed. Willie Revillame signed a contract with the Kapatid network. In a statement after the contract signing, he thanked TV5 for giving him a second chance.

To recall, his Wowowee show was airing on the Kapatid network before he transferred to the Kapuso network.

In a recent article by entertainment writer Salve Asis, the alleged reason why Willie did not stick with ALLTV and PTV4 was his impatience.

Ang pagiging impatient daw talaga ni Willie Revillame ang dahilan kaya hindi ito natuloy sa PTV 4 and  ALLTV. Hindi raw ito handang maghintay. Lagi diumanong nagmamadali,” Asis shared in her article.

The showbiz writer said that after a few months of delay in ALLTV, Willie decide to leave. It was also said that the studio was already under construction at that time but the TV host could not wait any longer. This was the alleged same reason why his negotiation with PTV4 did not work out.

Now, Willie Revillame found a new home for his show. Just recently, his “WIN Girls” or his co-host in the show were already introduced. They are former Showtime Online U host Ana Ramsey, Batanguena online celebrity Queenay Mercado, and beauty queen and social media influencer Inday Fatima. His show on TV5 is set to start in July.
