A grandma healing her inner child by having some playful fun inside a mall goes viral and delights netizens.
Recently, a TikTok user named “Juday (@juuuudddaaayyyy)” shared a delightful video of an elderly lady, affectionately referred to as “Lola,” joining their group for some playful fun inside a mall. The video goes viral online and garnered reactions online.
The uploader recounted the unexpected encounter. She and her friends were playing when they noticed Lola watching them with a smile. To their surprise, Lola approached them and expressed her desire to join in their game.
“Habang naglalaro, nakita namin si Nanay; watching us and smiling. Then lumapit po siya at nagulat po kami she said that she wanted to play with us. She even shared stories of her back then,” Juday recalled.
The group was deeply moved when they watched the TikTok video. A few days after the initial encounter, they saw the senior citizen again, this time with her husband, and created another TikTok video with the charming couple.
“Na-realize ko na hindi hadlang ‘yong age mo para pigilan ka sa mga gusto mong gawin. Isipin po natin na masaya ang buhay. Enjoyin lang po natin dahil hindi po natin alam na meron din palang tao na nagiging masaya para sa atin kapag masaya tayo,” she said.
