KARLA ESTRADA – Actress and singer Karla Estrada confirmed she’s selling their family home.
Actor Daniel Padilla’s first investment and the most extravagant present he has given to his mother, Karla Estrada, is an eight-bedroom residence situated in an exclusive subdivision in Fairview, Quezon City.
The realization of Daniel and Karla’s home became possible due to the box-office hits, successful albums, and packed concerts that the actor achieved. He accomplished this feat at the age of merely 19.
The residence embraces a modern Mediterranean aesthetic, blending earthy tones, stones, bricks, and rustic elements. It epitomizes a “dream home,” radiating warmth and relaxation while reflecting the easygoing nature of their family.
The listed price stands at Php 50 million, and according to Ogie Diaz’s video, they would consider themselves fortunate if their house sells at that asking price.
The property’s worth would undoubtedly increase, considering that Padilla, a renowned celebrity and superstar, resided there with his family. Situated near Commonwealth, the alleged reason for parting with the property, as per Diaz’s information, is Karla’s desire to relocate to a Southern area.

Karla openly disclosed that their home, laden with sentimental value as their initial abode, is currently up for sale. She also delved into the reasons behind their decision to part ways with it.
“Ito ang pinaka-una naming bahay pero kasi nagpaplano nga kaming mag-south. Ako actually gusto ko na dahil wala na akong kasama dito. Si Magui nasa abroad, si Carlito magpa-family, and then si Carmella gusto na niyang mag-condo. Ganun na yung mga kabataan ngayon. So sabi ko uga-uga ako dito mag-isa sa bahay,” she said.
“Ito yung bahay na pinag-uusapang for sale. Yes, this is for sale. Two years ng for sale ito. Pero hind lang namin push na push. Pagka may gusto lang. Saka namimili ako eh kung sinong pwedeng ano dahil siyempre, ako talagang nagagandahan ako sa bahay ko na ito. Pero masyado ng malaki sa aking mag-isa,” she added.
