Boy Abunda has this answer when asked about Kris Aquino
King of Talk Boy Abunda was asked about the current condition of his friend celebrity Kris Aquino.
Boy and Kris have been friends for many years. They worked together on different shows. Even though there had been some issues that occurred between them, their friendship survived them all.
In October last year, Boy visited Kris in the US where she is undergoing medical treatment for her multiple autoimmune diseases. Tito Boy said that it was an emotional reunion.
Through Boy Abunda’s show Fast Talk, Kris Aquino spoke about her condition. That was last February. Kris previously shared that her second son Bimby was supposed to help her financially because of her expensive hospital bills.
Bimby was supposed to enter the entertainment industry. However, reportedly this did not push through as Kris canceled this initial plan as she needed her son’s assistance.
In a recent interview, based on the article in Pang-Masa, Tito Boy was asked if he and Kris talk to each other. The veteran TV host said, “Nagkakausap but very careful. Because remember ang huli naming pag-uusap, she was going to go through a six months… parang isolation so nangangapa ako.”
On the other hand, he said that he would message Bimby and Kris’s assistant Alvin once in a while to ask how his friend is. “But I really every night, I pray for her. I pray for her health. I pray for Kris,” he said.
When asked about Joshua, Kris’s first son, who reportedly has returned to the Philippines, the veteran TV host said that he has no idea about this.
“Hindi ko alam. Ang ka-contact ko si Bimb, who would greet me once in a while kung anuman ang… St. Patrick’s Day, ‘yung mga Thanksgiving whatever, New Year, Christmas, Valentine,” Boy Abunda said.
