Construction Worker Dies After His Kidneys & Liver Were Damaged Due to Excessive Consumption of Energy Drinks
ENERGY DRINK – A construction worker reportedly lost his life from excessive consumption of energy drinks.
An energy drink is a beverage typically containing ingredients like caffeine, vitamins, amino acids, and sugars, designed to provide a temporary boost in energy and alertness. These drinks are often marketed to increase physical and mental performance, and they come in various flavors and formulations.
People often consume energy drinks to combat fatigue or increase their energy levels, especially during times when they need to stay awake and focused, such as during work or study sessions, sports activities, or social events.
However, it’s important to consume them in moderation, as excessive intake can lead to adverse health effects due to their high caffeine and sugar content.
Excessive caffeine intake can lead to jitteriness, nervousness, headaches, and difficulty sleeping. In some cases, it may even cause heart palpitations or irregular heartbeat, especially in individuals with underlying heart conditions.
