PBB 2024 AUDITION – ABS-CBN’s head of TV production and Star Magic chief Laurenti Dyogi shares some tips for this.
A new season of our favorite reality show is coming with new set of housemates whose character inside the house will either make or break their career in show business. Previously, Pinoy Big Brother’s new season coming this year has been announced and they will soon start looking for deserving people to be inside the house.
“Gusto namin ipaalam, magbubukas na ulit ang bahay ni Kuya. The PBB house will open this June and sa loob ng isang-daang araw, meron tayong bagong batch of housemates. We will be scouting and having auditions,” Star Magic head Laurenti Dyogi made the announcement.
About the PBB audition
Many people aspire to be housemates. Win or lose, they get to have the opportunity to be exposed to the public that not everyone is given. The audition will start on April 27 and 28 and is open to aspirants aging 15 to 32 years old.
- April 27 – Robinsons Novaliches
- April 28 – Robinsons Las Pinas
- May 4 to 5 – KCC Mall of Gensan
The auditions for Mindanao and Visayas is yet to be announced.

According to the Star Magic head, if someone believes in himself that he has what it takes to be a part of the program, he must give it a try and audition. He said that they do not neglect potentials based on age.
“Historically kasi all our auditions for ‘PBB’ konting-konti lang talaga ‘yung nag-o-audition beyond 32 years old. But if you feel… talagang malakas ang loob mo you’re the right person hindi naman kami nag-tu-turn away,” he said.
Authenticity is also stressed as PBB looks for people who are genuine, natural, funny, and inspiring. These are the factors that make the program engaging and enjoyable to the viewers.
