In her post, Jeaneth called out a specific branch in Kawit for its unacceptable service. She recounted her disappointing experience of having to wait until 5 p.m. just to purchase their famous halo-halo.

Despite arriving around 4 p.m., she endured the scorching heat while patiently queuing up, only to be met with one delay after another.

Firstly, she was informed that they were waiting for ice, then they claimed to be waiting for the ube, which was supposedly still en route from Gentri. Other customers shared similar stories of waiting for nearly two hours, with some even cancelling their orders due to the delay.

In another story, a disappointed customer raises concerns over undersized fried chicken: “wala bang mas maliit pa dito?”

Sison also emphasizes the plight of Grab riders who also had to endure the lengthy wait, only to have their customers cancel their orders.

The lady customer expressed dismay at the store’s excuse that they only had one flavor of halo-halo available, which further irked customers as they were offered ube despite the absence of essential ingredients like ice.
