Seasoned actress Sylvia Sanchez called her son-in-law Zanjoe Marudo “napakabuting asawa” for her daughter Ria Atayde.
Sylvia has been very supportive of her children’s love life. She was expressive of her love for her daughter-in-law Maine Mendoza. The seasoned actress even organized a fun bridal shower for the Eat Bulaga host.
When Ria and Zanjoe announced their engagement, Sylvia was also ecstatic. She shared a post talking about how happy she was when she learned about her daughter’s engagement.
On March 23, Zanjoe Marudo and Ria Atayde officially tied the knot. They shared their wedding videos and photos on social media.
In her social media posts on Easter Sunday, Sylvia Sanchez expressed how thankful she is to have Zanjoe now in their family as Ria’s good husband. She also highlighted Zanjoe’s good traits.
“Walang hanggang pasasalamat Panginoong JESUS dahil binigyan mo ng napakagandang regalo ang aking si Potpot @ria ng isang napakabuting asawa, marespetong bata, mapagmahal na kapatid, anak at napakaresponsableng tao,” Sylvia said.
She said that this is a “mother’s instinct.” The seasoned actress also said that Zanjoe has been welcomed by their family even before and he made this official last March 23, 2024.
Sylvia shared that in his husband Art Atayde’s speech during that special day, he mentioned that Zanjoe is their “third son.” “Kaya officially welcome to the Family Z anak,” she said.
The actress also said that her heart is so happy. “I love you both so much Mr&Mrs Zanjoe Marudo,” she wrote. In the comment section, Zanjoe said that he is thankful for this family. “Thank you Ma,” he said.
