Buy some foam or plastic eggs and some decorations like ribbons. Attach a colored ribbon to each egg and hang them from a live or artificial tree to make an Easter Egg Tree. This is a fun activity for kids.
Egg Time Machine
Have your kids or even everyone in the family or group write a letter for himself or herself. Afterwards, place each of the letters in each plastic egg and keep them until the next Easter. On the next Easter Sunday, open the eggs and each can read his/her letter to know how they have grown.
Gather Round the Table
On Easter Sunday, undeniably, there is nothing better than spending time with your family and loved ones round the table over some foods. Most often, Easter celebrations features ham as the main course but it can be anything that the family enjoys. Remember, it does not have to be grand to be memorable and significant.
Decorate Easter Eggs
Also one of the best Easter Sunday games and activities which is part of the tradition in many households and groups is the decoration of Easter eggs. Decorate the Easter eggs with paints, glitters, stickers, and other creative materials. You and your loved ones will surely enjoy this activity.
Egg Relay Race
If you really want a game that will bring everyone’s energy competing, why not play the Egg Relay Race. Divide the players between two (2) teams. Each team will be given a hard-boiled egg and a spoon for each player. After blowing the whistle, the first players of each team must go forth and back from the market and transfer the egg to the spoon of the next player without the use of the hands. In case the egg falls, he/she must return to the marker again. The first team to get the car to their last player wins the game.
Shell Crack Game
In playing this game, every player gets a hard-boiled egg. It will be smashed with the egg of the other player and those with unbroken shells will advance to the next level. There will be another set of pairing for the next level’s qualifiers. The person whose egg shell has the least crack or remains uncracked wins the game.
