WALANG PASOK – Malacañang Palace declared half-day work in government offices on March 27, 2024 (Wednesday).

Holy Week, known as “Semana Santa” in Spanish, is a religious observance in the Christian calendar, particularly for Catholics and many Protestant denominations. It commemorates the final week of Jesus Christ’s life on Earth, leading up to his crucifixion on Good Friday and his resurrection on Easter Sunday.

Filipinos traditionally travel to their provinces for the observance of the Lenten season.
