Jake Cuenca talked about his friendship with Paulo Avelino
Kapamilya actor Jake Cuenca considers actor Paulo Avelino his best friend and this is one of the reasons why.
Jake is one of the cast members of the new Kapamilya series What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim? featuring Paulo’s tandem with Kim Chiu. Previously, Jake shared what it was like working with his friend. This is his first project with Paulo.
Based on the article in PEP, Jake shared that initially, he was hesitant to accept this project. This was offered when he was still doing the series Iron Heart.
Jake Cuenca said that it was the late Deo Edrinal, former head of Dreamscape Entertainment, who convinced him to do this rom-com project, and he was glad he did it.
The actor also shared that he will always be a fan of Paulo Avelino and he is happy to have the opportunity to share the same screen with him. “Masaya, super fun. I will always be a fan of Paulo. For me, at the end of the day, kaibigan, best friend ko si Paulo,” Jake said.
As Paulo’s best friend, Jake said that he will always support him. Jake also recalled a difficult time he went through and Paulo was there for him.
