Fashion influencer-beauty queen Pia Wurtzbach has shared this intriguing post that caught the attention of many people online.
Two Pinays making wave in the fashion global scene are former Miss Universe Pia Wurtzbach and actress-slash-socialite Heart Evangelista. In the event Milan Fashion Week Fall/Winter 2024, they are among the two personalities to generate the highest media values or the Media Impact Values (MIV).
Pia ranked second on the celebrity list earning a staggering $5.4 million which is approximately Php 303.5 million while Heart came third after generating an MIV worth $3.6 million or about Php 202.3 million.Â
Based on an influencer marketing platform affiliated with The Independents Group, Pia was among the “Most Visible Influencer” in the list placing on the sixth spot. However, there is a buzz circulating online that created an issue between them.
The issue started when Pia got Heart’s former glam team to doll her up for her fashion events. It is no secret that Heart and her former glam team have a fallout. There were rumors that there was a betrayal.
With this buzz still lingering online, people online could not help but assume something when Pia shared a new post. To recall, Evangelista posted before a book that says: “DON’T GIVE THE ENEMY A SEAT AT YOUR TABLE.”
Seemingly taking out a context from this phrase is the line of Pia in her new commercial for a famous cosmetic brand.
Her line says:
“While others deny us a seat at the table, we’re creating our own space paving the way for others to follow. Irrelevant after the crown? I fought for my place to be so much more. Sayang ba ‘yun?”
This caught the attention of many people online and created a loud buzz as the line was as if an answer to the post of Heart posted in January.
