Amihan will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over Visayas, Palawan, including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro as well as Ilocos Region and the rest of Central Luzon.

The easterlies and localized thunderstorms will bring similar weather conditions over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.

Mindanao will have generally fair weather except for chances of rain due to localized thunderstorms.

The weather agency has warned the residents in the affected areas for possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains and severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, the coastal water condition over Luzon, Visayas, and the northern and eastern sections of Mindanao will be moderate to rough. The rest of Mindanao will have slight to moderate surrounding sea conditions.

PAGASA did not raise a gale warning over the country’s seaboard.
