Actress Andi Eigenmann wrote a poem filled with hope for her mom the late actress Jaclyn Jose.

Andi was emotional when she faced the members of the press to confirm the death of her mother. On March 4, the actress was joined by her half-brother Gabby Eigenman when she released her short statement.

She said that Jaclyn died on the morning of March 2 and the cause of death was myocardial infarction or heart attack. In her statement, she also highlighted the mark that her mother left in the entertainment industry.

Jaclyn’s name has been trending on social media since March 3 and netizens have been expressing their sadness on losing a precious gem in the entertainment industry. Many celebrities also shared their tribute to the late actress because of how their lives were affected by her.

Andi Eigenmann said that the existence of Jaclyn Jose is legend alone. She was crying during the short statement.

On the other hand, in a recent statement that she shared on Instagram Story, Andi’s poem for her mom sounded hopeful. She is looking forward to the moment that they will meet once again.

Ika’y nasa araw, sa ulan, at sa hangin na aking nilalasap.
Umaawit ng kantang puno ng pag-asa at ligaya.
At least ngayon daw ay wala nang sakit na mararamdaman ang ina.
Magkikita naman daw silang muli.
Wala na ang sakit. Wala na ang takot.
Makikita kita sa mga ulap, maririnig ang iyong mga bulong ng pagmamahal.
Magkikita din tayong muli.
Sa ngayon didinggin ko muna iyong mga awit.

Meanwhile, Andi’s ex-boyfriend actor Jake Ejercito also shared his tribute post for the late seasoned actress. Jake thanked Jaclyn for doing great in portraying her role as a grandmother to Ellie. The actor also acknowledged the guidance that he received from Jaclyn during the early stage of fatherhood.

Jake was also among the first celebrities who attended the first night of Jaclyn’s wake on the night of March 4.
