Amihan will bring cloudy skies with light rains over Cagayan Valley.  Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and Aurora will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains.

Meanwhile, the coastal water condition over Northern Luzon will be rough. The eastern sections of Central and Southern Luzon, and the eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao will have moderate to rough waters.

The remaining parts of the country will have slight to moderate surrounding sea conditions, according to PAGASA.
