Rumor has it that Willie Revillame is selling his properties
Veteran TV host Willie Revillame is one of the wealthiest celebrities in the Philippines but a recent rumor surfaced that he is not selling his properties.
Willie owns several real estate properties and luxury cars. He also has two helicopters and yachts. The Wowowin host also has his Wil Tower. Back in April last year, veteran showbiz columnist Cristy Fermin shared that Willie was selling some of the paintings he owns.
In a recent article by Abante entertainment writer Jun Lalin, a recent rumor surfaced that the veteran TV host is disposing of some of his properties.
The columnist shared that they asked a person close to Willie Revillame if it is true that he is selling some of his properties. At first, the camp of the veteran TV host has no comment on this.
However, in a recent conversation, Lalin shared that the person close to Willie was on a helicopter ride to his yacht. Specifically the bigger yacht because it was said that the Wowowin host sold his smaller yacht.
“‘Yung malaking yate na pinuntahan mo. ‘Yung binenta naman kasi ni Kuya Wil, maliit na yate,” the person close to Willie said. The veteran host recently went to his property in Puerto Galera.
Meanwhile, Willie Revillame expressed during a prayer rally in Davao that he is ready to enter politics. He is planning to run for senator in the 2025 elections. In 2022, he was encouraged by his politician friends, especially former President Rodrigo Duterte to run but he refused.
Willie’s expression of his desire to enter public service received mixed reactions. Although some people showed support, some also criticized him and expressed that they would not vote for him, including Cristy Fermin.
Willie was also criticized by Cristy because of his “attitude” during a prayer rally in Cebu. It was said that the veteran TV host treated that even like he was on a noontime show.
