After his two-year hiatus, Tom Rodriguez returns and it’s for good.
Kapuso actor Tom Rodriguez is back home and recently, he opened up about his hiatus and shared what he learned from this experience.
Last January of this year, Popoy Caritativo, Tom Rodriguez’s manager, shared a photo with the actor which indicated that he’s in the country. It was taken at a restaurant in Mandaluyong City and in the comment section of the post, several celebrities and netizens welcomed the actor back to the Philippines.
With Tom in the Philippines now, what is Carla Abellana’s reaction? In a previous article, the actress expressed that meeting him is inevitable. If this happens, she won’t also feel any intimidation, fear, or nervousness as she does not have a reason to feel something.
But one this is sure, she is ready.
In recent interview, Rodriguez confirmed that after two years of showbiz hiatus, he is now back and it’s for good. He opened up about his life during the hiatus and he shared that he learned a lot of things.
“Two weeks lang dapat ako nandun. Nawili din ako. Long story short, I really had to take time to really recover. And now, I do feel, I do feel it. I do feel na buo na ako ulit,” he said.
During this period in his life, he learned to do a lot of things, mostly about taking responsibilities for himself. He was able to learn how to maintain a household, cook, do the laundry, do grocery, and among others.
For his comeback, he is bound to do a role in Ibarra:The Musical. This will be shown on the second quarter of 2024 and he is glad for the role offered to him as he’s been yearning to do theater again for a long time now. On top of this, he will also be doing television shows.
