Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray and Kapamilya singer-actor Sam Milby were spotted together in a recent event amid rumors that they have broken up.
In February, the couple announced their engagement through a sweet post. Cat and Sam are known for sharing just little details of their relationship on social media. They would post sweet photos of them occasionally and during special events.
Last August, Sam was asked in an interview about their wedding preparations. He said that as much as possible he attends the meetings but he said that it will be Catriona’s day, so she let him choose what she prefers.
This February 2024, rumors surfaced that Catriona Gray and Sam Milby broke up. The speculation started to circulate because the beauty queen was seen not wearing her engagement ring.
After this rumor circulated, Catriona shared a post tagging Sam, which appeared to be debunking the breakup rumors.
Initially, the source of talent manager-vlogger Ogie Diaz, the manager of Sam and Cat, dispelled the rumored breakup. However, in a recent episode of his Showbiz Update vlog, Ogie said that his source, not clarified if it was the same source, said that Catriona and Sam called it quits.
However, after that pronouncement from Ogie, based on his source, a photo of Sam and Catriona together surfaced online. Actress, Isabel Oli shared that her seatmates in a recent event were Sam and Catriona.
“I was somewhat anxious about taking the little walk during the program, but my seatmates @catriona_gray @samuelmilby @charissetinionp @iamjusyoung and my husband @johnprats gave me encouragement and helped me feel more confident. What an amazing evening! Had a great time,” Isabel wrote in the caption of her post.
In the comment section of Isabel’s post, many netizens expressed happiness to see Sam Milby and Catriona Gray together because they believe that the couple is still together and the breakup rumors are just rumors.
