Kathryn Bernardo Wants To Collaborate W/ A-listers From ABS-CBN, Especially Jericho
KATHRYN BERNARDO – Actress Kathryn Bernardo said she wants to work with A-listers from ABS-CBN, especially Jericho Rosales.
Kathryn stands out as a prominent figure in the Philippine entertainment industry, showcasing her acting prowess through various successful projects. Her popularity continues to soar with well-received series and movies.
On February 2, the 27-year-old actress officially renewed her contract with ABS-CBN, dispelling speculations about her potential move to another network or a change in talent management. Despite receiving offers from other networks and talent agencies, Kathryn described such occurrences as routine during the contract renewal phase for artists.
Kathryn decided to remain loyal to ABS-CBN, entrusting her career to the guidance of Star Magic. The Kapamilya executives were delighted by the extension of her contract, and her emotional reaction to the gratitude expressed by ABS-CBN executive Cory Vidanes showed the importance of that moment.
During an interview with ABS-CBN News, Kathryn shared her enthusiasm about collaborating with the top-notch celebrities of ABS-CBN. Specifically, she mentioned three individuals: Vilma Santos, Piolo Pascual, and Jericho Rosales.
Kathryn expressed her excitement about working with Piolo, noting his genuine eagerness to collaborate with the A-listers at ABS-CBN
“He’s Papa P., sino’ng ayaw na maka-trabaho si Papa P? Safe to say na lumaki ako na kasama sila kasi we have the same handler… Ta’s nagkita kami nu’ng kay Mr. M (Johnny Manahan) na lunch and then nakapag-usap. Of course I’m willing to work with Papa P. Who can say no to that?”
Regarding Jericho, Kath mentioned that she is open to the idea of working with him and highlighted that Echo is genuinely very kind.
“I’m open to work with everybody now, especially Echo. He’s been very vocal. Nakasama ko siya ng ilang days dahil sa magkakasunod na events,” Kath said.
“And he’s such a nice guy, sobrang bait niya. So ayaw mo bang makatrabaho ‘yung ganoon? Let’s just see. I just wish that maybe the universe will do something about it,” she added.
