Kapuso actress Bea Alonzo and Dominic Roque have broken up but she did not say this statement in this viral post.
There’s so much freedom online that some are already abusing this kind of freedom by posting and making fake materials. At present, the most rampant are the quotes and statements from celebrities that they never said.
The current victim is Kapuso actress Bea Alonzo.
In the February 6 episode of Boy Abunda’s Kapuso talk show, Bea and Dominic Roque’s split has been confirmed. This came after roughly seven months since they got engaged. Many were shocked but as of this posting, they have not expressed anything to confirm or deny this.
Fake quote
Circulating online is the screenshot of Alonzo’s statement but this statement was never said by her. The fake quote says:
“I’m really sorry Dom, na-realize ko hindi pala ako ready. I’m sorry kung may prenuptial agreement tayo. Alam ko medyo na-off ka dun, I’m just protecting kung anu-ano yung mga pinaghirapan ko. You will always have a special place in my heart, where memories and feelings for you will stay forever. I’ll pray na mahanap mo yung talagang para sa yo. Hindi ko lang talaga makita yung sarili ko na masaya at tatanda kasama ka. Sana maging masaya ka kahit hindi na ako. Salamat sa lahat.”

As mentioned, this statement is fake and never stated by the actress.
As of this posting, the formerly engaged couple has not spoken yet about the issue of their canceled engagement and wedding. As much as we all know, the actress is never the type who would hastily make comments or issue a statement.
However, to stop this fake quote from spreading online, what they can do is release an official statement to make clarifications and set things straight. This is what former couples Kathryn Bernardo-Daniel Padilla and Kim Chiu-Xian Lim did that silenced the loud buzz.
Meanwhile, Abunda also clarified that the breakup has nothing to with prenup agreement issues and such. The reason is contrary to the rumors but the male host did not reveal it in his show.
