Alex Gonzaga talked about her cosmetic enhancement
Actress-vlogger Alex Gonzaga shared that her “retoke” was two years in the making and this was the reason for the delay.
Alex proudly flexed her new nose last December 2023. She was among the few celebrities in the Philippines who openly talked about the cosmetic enhancements they had. Cosmetic enhancement or plastic surgery could still create a dilemma among many Filipinos.
Before 2023 ended, Alex shared on her Instagram page her new look, specifically, her new nose. She proudly showed the enhancement she had for this part of her face.
The actress-vlogger received support from her friends in the entertainment industry. Her fans also loved the new nose she has. However, Alex Gonzaga also received negative reactions including social media personality Xian Gaza who slammed her.
In a recent premiere night of the movie My Sassy Girl starring Toni Gonzaga and Pepe Herrera, Alex was one of the celebrities who showed support for this project.
Based on the article in Abante, Alex shared that she has long been thinking of having a nose job. She said that this was postponed because of her former noontime show Tropang LOL on TV5.
“Alam mo ang nagpapa-stop sa akin ‘yung ‘Tropang LOL’ kasi naglalagay kami lagi ng face mask. Two years na ito in the making kay doktora, naisip ko, ‘pag nagpaano ako, lalagyan lang ako ng icing,” she said.
After the show was discontinued, Alex decided to pursue her plan to have her cosmetic enhancement. She also shared that she is happy with her new nose and she has no plan of having another enhancement for other parts of her body.
Alex Gonzaga also shared that her husband Mikee Morada is very supportive of her decision. “Si Mikee parang ang sinabi lang niya sa akin is… ‘yung mismong ano (araw), ‘Kung diyan ka masaya, sige okey lang, pero ‘yan lang, wala ng anything sa baba,'” she shared.
