Lady Netizen Shares Portrait of Woman Who Looks Like Her During Visit to National Museum of Fine Arts
REINCARNATION – A lady netizen shared a portrait of a woman who looks like her during her first visit to the National Museum of Fine Arts.
Recently, a post on TikTok by a user named Veronica shared a portrait she stumbled upon during her first visit to the National Museum of Fine Arts. Hailing from Davao City, the museum visit was a new experience for her.
Veronica and her colleagues were just casually looking and appreciating all the artwork when she stumbled upon a portrait of a woman who looked like her. Her officemates told her the same and took a photo of the portrait.

“We were just casually looking and appreciating all the artworks. Actually joke joke ko lang talaga yun na parang ako but after seeing the photo sinabi ko sa officemate ko bakit parang ako?! sabi nila oo nga and then yun na nag picture ako together with the photo without even knowing kung sino yun,” Veronica said.
The netizen found herself drawn to the portrait, feeling an instant connection. She couldn’t stop looking at their photo.
The latter wondered if this was her second life, but she felt so honored that they were calling her like reincarnation of Belen Ocampo, a woman featured in a portrait from the 1950s.

“I’m even wondering if this is my second life pero I feel so honored that they are calling that it’s like reincarnation because Belen Ocampo is such a fine woman. After reading all the details about her seeing the posts of Mr. Ambeth’s mom I was really fascinated and hoping I would have a bright future and a happy life just like his Mom Belen Ocampo,” she added.
History Professor Ambeth Ocampo, whose mother Belen is depicted in the portrait, came across Veronica’s post and reacted to it. Ocampo’s fans encouraged him to meet Veronica personally.

While some internet users may dismiss the resemblance as mere chance, a study claims that individuals indeed can have a doppelgänger somewhere in the world.
