Janno Gibbs said people can be judging at times
Singer-actor Janno Gibbs reacted to the accusation that he neglected his father the late actor Ronaldo Valdez.
Ronaldo’s death broke the hearts of many showbiz personalities. A lot of celebrities and people in the entertainment industry attested to his good heart and commendable work ethic.
Janno’s heart was heartbroken as well. His family lamented the fact that Ronaldo’s death was a tragic one. The late veteran actor was found bloodied inside his room with a gun in his right hand and apparently, he took his life.
In a recent interview, based on the article in Bandera, accusations surfaced that Ronaldo Valdez was “pinabayaan” and this did not sit well with Janno Gibbs. The singer-actor said that he and his father were able to settle their misunderstandings before he passed away.
Janno also believes that he was able to make his father feel the love from him. With this, he said that no one has the right to judge him. “They didn’t even know that he was living with me. Parang pinabayaan, pinabayaan, bakit naman pinabayaan?” he said.
The singer-actor shared that some commented asking why they neglected Ronaldo. He said, “Of course not. People are so judging. They think they know you.”
Previously, Janno shared that his father lived with him and he was in the next room where his father was found bloodied. He also shared that his parents separated for a year already when Ronaldo died. Reportedly, the late veteran actor suffered from depression after he and his wife broke up.
Janno Gibbs also shared that his father’s prostate cancer was healed but he had mobility difficulty due to the compression in his spine. He said that Ronaldo was scheduled to have surgery in December last year.
