Pokwang has this fierce answer to a netizen’s advice
Kapuso comedienne-host Pokwang slammed a netizen who told her to be like actress Ruffa Gutierrez.
Pokie has been actively answering netizens, especially bashers on her social media pages. Most of the time, the root of the issue is her former partner American actor Lee O’Brian.
The comedienne made an effort to deport her former partner as she accused him of not doing his responsibility as a father to their daughter Malia.
A netizen on X, formerly known as Twitter, gave unsolicited advice to Pokwang just recently. The netizen featured another netizen’s comment saying that there will come a time that Malia will seek her father’s presence in her life. The comedienne’s reply to that netizen was, “Oo para sumbatan sya dahil di naman nagpakaama sa socmed lang.”
As a piece of advice, X user @ahlchamp told the comedienne to follow what Ruffa did who did not hinder her children from communicating with their father even though they separated.
“Mamang @pokwang27. Word of advise lang. Be like Ruffa Guttierez. Mas malala pa naging karanasan niya with Ylmaz but never nya nilason utak ng mga anak nya para magtanim ng galit sa kanilang tatay. Ruffa is living peacefully and happily now. Choose to be happy,” the netizen said.
Pokwang has a straightforward answer to this. She stressed that she and Ruffa are not the same in so many aspects.
“Well hindi ako si Ruffa magkaiba kami sa itsura palang maganda sya malayo sobra, sa pangalan etc. so hindi pwedeng dapat ganito ka kasi ganito sya ok? magkakaiba tayo, magkaiba ng pain at pinagdaanan at pinagdaraanan wala kayong alam,” the Ticktoclock host commented.
Then, the netizen told the Kapuso star not to drag Malia into her issue with Lee because he is still the father of her daughter. Pokwang pointed out that she is not trying to involve Malia in this issue but stressed that it is Lee who is not fulfilling his responsibilities and that people tend to blame the mother. Later on, the netizen apologized to Pokie.
