Three drunk men garnered criticisms and negative reactions from the netizens for assaulting a pregnant goat in San Quintin, Abra.
In a video captured by one of the suspects, the distressing scene shows one of them hurling, kicking, and punching the defenseless goat, later revealed to be expecting. Laughter from the suspects can be heard in the background.
Myra Abellan, the owner of the goat only became aware of the frustrating incident upon stumbling upon the video on social media. The brutality inflicted upon his innocent pet left her deeply disturbed.
The suspects identified as Jonel Cirelo, Johncen Ramos, and Jovani Molina admitted to the act of cruelty during the confrontation. They claimed that their actions were fueled by their intoxicated state and expressed regret for their deeds.
