HISTORY

Benguet Governor William F. Pack has thought of building a vacation camp for teachers in Baguio City in 1907 which reaped the Teacher’s Camp that is still standing mighty and tall until today. In April 1908, this was opened and the first activity held was the Baguio Teachers’ Assembly.

It served as a vacation home for teachers visiting from outside of the city. Through the years, facilities, dormitories, and cottages were built. Funds were used to build Benitez Hall, Ladies Hall, Teacher’s Hall, Tavera Hall, and White Hall.
