Marian Rivera Wore This Taylor Swift-Similar Gown and Here’s The Price

This is the gown Marian Rivera wore for MMFF 2023 awarding and here’s how much it costs.

“Rewind” actress Marian Rivera wore this gown to Gabi Ng Parangal, the same gown with Taylor Swift, and this is the price.

On December 27, a new set of actors, filmmakers, and films were recognized in the 2023 Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) Gabi ng Parangal. This awarding event was held at the New Frontier Theater in Quezon City.

MMFF Executive Chairman and MMDA Deputy Chairman Frisco S. San Juan, Jr. said that this year’s MMFF entries have “showcased the diversity and richness of our cinematic landscape”.

The showing of the MMFF movies started on December 25 and will run until January 7, 2024. And among those who stood out during the event is Marian Rivera. She attended with her husband Dingdong Dantes as they are both starring in one of the 10 official entries entitled “Rewind”.

For the event, the Kapuso actress was stunning in her red gown which looked similar to the one Grammy award-winning singer Taylor Swift worn for the cover of TIME‘s 2023 Person of the Year.

Hers was in red and Swift’s in charcoal.

The stunning red crystal-embellished gown is from AREA, a New York-based design studio ounded by fashion designers Beckett Fogg and Piotrek Panszczyk. The dress has crystal pyramid cups, adjustable straps, and a hidden back-seam zipper.

Based on the brand’s official website, it costs Php 113,000.00 and comes with other colors like charcoal and candy-pink.

As for Rivera’s MMFF look, she also put on some jewelry from Tessera and carried a Bijoux clutch from Schiaparelli. The bag alone has a whopping price of EUR 4,700 or Php 290,391.45 approximately.
