Derek Ramsay answered this issue about Sarah Lahbati
Rumor has it that “bloodied” actress Sarah Lahbati went to the house of Derek Ramsay and Ellen Adarna in Alabang, and here’s the actor’s statement about this.
Previously, rumors surfaced that Sarah’s husband actor Richard Gutierrez was being violent toward her. However, this was debunked by the actor’s camp. Allegedly, this was the reason why Sarah’s mother sent their “kasambahays” away because they could attest that there was physical violence that happened.
Amid this issue, Derek’s name was dragged. Sarah and Richard are neighbors with Derek and Ellen.
Based on the article in PEP, Derek Ramsay denied that Sarah Lahbati went to their house bloodied. The actor said that the actress would come to their house because of Vito Selma, the friend of Ellen who is a furniture designer from Cebu.
“Si Sarah ay pumupunta dito sa bahay dahil kaibigan niya yung best friend ni Ellen. At ang anak ni Sarah at anak namin ay nagpupunta sa same school. So, yung duguan na yan, ewan ko ba. Ewan ko saan nanggaling yan,” Derek explained.
The actor also shared that Sarah only went to their house two or three times to visit Vito and they also have furniture collaboration.
In a separate interview, Derek said that if there was an incident when Sarah came to their house bloodied, he would be the one who would talk to Richard about this. The actor also encouraged the public to let the couple deal with whatever issue they have.
“This is between Richard and Sarah. I think all parties should keep quiet, kasi in my experience, people who talk more are the ones na may itinatago. Both parties are keeping quiet and it’s sad na may ganito,” Derek Ramsay said.
He added that since this is a family issue, the children are being pressed in the center. So, for him, keeping quiet is a good thing.
