“It’s Okay Not To Be Okay” will have a PH adaptation and Anne Curtis is one of the cast.
ANNE CURTIS – The successful South Korean series “It’s Okay Not To Be Okay” will be having a PH adaptation and these are the reported cast.
“It’s Okay Not To Be Okay” is a K-Drama about two brothers, Moon Gang-tae and his older brother, Moon Sang-tae. The older brother has Autism Spectrum Disorder which leaves the younger brother to take care of him after they lost their mother.
Ko Mun-yeong, a children’s book author, will soon enter their lives, and bring changes. She and Gang-tae will then develop a romantic relationship.
The main stars of this series are Seo Yea Ji, Kim Soo Hyun, and Oh Jung Se. And recently, ABS-CBN announced that they will be producing the PH adaptation of this famous and successful series which will star Anne Curtis, Joshua Garcia, and Carlo Aquino.
Last year, rumors about Anne doing this series emerged. However, before this, Liza Soberano and Enrique Gil were the first ones offered to do the Filipino adaptation of the hit Kdrama.
However, Anne as Ko Mun Yeong sounds exciting to a lot of Kdrama fans. It is also not a secret that the Kapamilya actress was also hooked on this series. She has gushed about how beautiful the Korean series was in one of her social media posts before.
To be released next year, as well, is the PH adaptation of “What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim?” which will star Kim Chiu and Paulo Avelino. This is their next project together after doing “Linlang” where their chemistry was discovered.
