Mr. Custodio, also known as the “Oldest Traffic Enforcer” in La Carlota, has a resilient spirit that goes beyond his role on the busy streets. In his earlier years, he served as a “Deputized Agent” of the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in Pontevedra, Negros Occidental.
Additionally, he held the position of Punong Barangay in Barangay III Poblacion in the same city.
