The Office of the Vice President has set general requirements from clients who wish to apply for the OVP Medical Assistance offer. There are also additional documents required under certain cases such as hospitalization and procedures like Chemotherapy, Radiation Therapy, Brachytherapy, and dialysis.
A client or an authorized representative of the health-challenged individual may be granted the OVP Medical Assistance through Guarantee Letters and a few requirements on a case-to-case basis.
Each qualified person may apply only for the said Medical Assistance offer of the Office of the Vice President once in every six (6) months.
