Speculations surfaced that Louise delos Reyes and Alden Richards had “something” before
Actress Louise delos Reyes revealed something about her “past” with Asia’s Multimedia Star Alden Richards.
Louise had the chance to work with Alden as her loveteam partner in the Kapuso series One True Love in 2012. This project was followed by another series Mundo Mo’y Akin in 2013. They were also worked together in Alakdana in 2011 and in Tween Academy: Class of 2012 in 2012. With this, it was inevitable for fans to anticipate that there might have something romantic that happened between them.
In a recent interview on Cristy Fermin’s Cristy Ferminute, based on the article in Bandera, Louise was asked about the Alden.
The veteran showbiz writer asked the actress about her “past” with the actor who is tagged Pambansang Bae.
“Curious lang ako. Noon bang magkasama kayo ni Alden, was there ever a time na naging close kayo at nagparamdam siya sa ‘yo na, alam mo na, manliligaw sa ‘yo or nagkagustuhan ba kayo?” Cristy asked.
Louise delos Reyes answered that there was nothing like that. Her mom would allow them to be together in her car with a single bed but she stressed that it was maybe because they knew from the start that what they had was a “platonic” relationship.
“Kahit magka-love team kami, nandoon ‘yung relationship namin sa isa’t isa. And at the same time kapag nag-aaway kami, para kaming magdyowa,” the actress shared. However, they would reconcile and be okay with each other again.
She added that if Alden had a problem with her, he was like that as well. Then, Louise shared that she is so happy with everything that the actor has achieved in the entertainment industry.
The actress knows that Alden did it because of his determination and hard work. Louise jokingly said that before, Alden would ride with their car until the bus stop to Sta. Rosa, Laguna where he was living at that time, now, she said that the actor could bring her home with a helicopter.
