PAGASA Says Generally Fair Weather to Prevail Over Most Parts of PH

PAGASA LATEST UPDATE – The state weather bureau reported that generally fair weather conditions will prevail over the country.

On Friday (November 10, 2023), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration released the latest weather update in the country. The easterlies, northeast monsoon, and localized thunderstorms will affect the country’s weather conditions.

PAGASA reported that good and fair weather conditions are expected in the country. Warm weather is expected in Luzon, as well as in Visayas, and Mindanao except for chances of isolated rains due to easterlies and thunderstorms.

The easterlies will bring cloudy weather with isolated rains over parts of Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.

It will also bring partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains over the Bicol Region, Northern Samar, Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, and Romblon.

The amihan will bring similar weather conditions over the Batanes and Babuyan Islands. The easterlies and the localized thunderstorms will bring the same weather over Metro Manila and the rest of the country.

No low-pressure area is being monitored inside the Philippine area of responsibility, according to Aurelio.

The weather agency has warned the public for possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, the coastal water conditions throughout the country will be slight to moderate, according to PAGASA.

No gale warning was raised in any seaboards but the weather bureau advised sailors to observe precautionary measures for possible thunderstorms in the afternoon or evening.
