- must show full face
- neutral face expression
- travel itinerary
- proof of accommodation in Bolivia
- hotel reservation or a letter from your inviter-host
- proof of sufficient financial sources to fund expenses during stay in Bolivia
- certificate of vaccination against yellow fever
