The Hollywood debut film of Liza Soberano is called “Lisa Frankenstein” and this is what James Reid said about it.

In an announcement on social media, “Lisa Frankenstein” is set to be released in theaters next year. Filipina actress Liza Soberano is part of this film which will also serve as her debut on the Hollywood.

In a previous article, Lisa Frankenstein‘s release will be on February 9, 2024.

It released a 20-second teaser and the other stars Liza has worked with in this film are Kathryn Newton, Cole Sprouse, Henry Eikenberry, and Joey Harris. To recall, Soberano’s casting in the said film was announced in August last year and her role is Taffy, step-sister to Newton’s character.

Recently speaking about her Hollywood debut is James Reid, her new manager.

According to him, Soberano’s Hollywood debut is ‘super exciting’. His words were based on a report from ABS-CBN: “It’s Liza like you haven’t seen her before.”

“Lisa Frankenstein” is directed by Zelda Williams and written by Diablo Cody. This film is about a teenager played by Newton who falls in love with a handsome corpse portrayed by Sprouse.

“After a set of playfully horrific circumstances bring him back to life, the two embark on a murderous journey to find love, happiness…and a few missing body parts along the way,” the movie’s official website stated.

Meanwhile, as for Soberano, while she is still working hard to join Hollywood, she previously expressed that she also wants to join the Korean industry. Liza wants to join Korean entertainment and is taking language lessons as she really is serious about this.
