- original and valid passport
- valid for at least six (6) months on entry
- with one blank visa page
- round-trip flight ticket
- proof of sufficient funds relative to your intended length of stay
- two (2) passport-type photos
- in color
- taken within the last three (3) months
- printed on high-quality photo paper
- taken against an all white background
- 2×2 inches in size
- shows the full frontal view of your head with your face centered in the middle
- neutral expression
In case you are flying to Peru for business purposes, there is a different set of requirements for Peru Visa application. Here are the documents that you will need in applying for a Business Visa:
- duly-accomplished and signed Peru Visa Application Form
- completed copy of the Traveler Information Form
- Business Cover Letter on company letterhead that displays the company’s mailing address
- original and valid passport
- valid for at least six (6) months on entry
- with one blank visa page
- round-trip flight ticket
- proof of sufficient funds relative to your intended length of stay
- two (2) passport-type photos
- in color
- taken within the last three (3) months
- printed on high-quality photo paper
- taken against an all white background
- 2×2 inches in size
- shows the full frontal view of your head with your face centered in the middle
- neutral expression
- proof of travel arrangements
- copy of an itinerary or e-ticket that displays your round trip travel and entry and exit dates for your destination
- traveler’s full name
- CIBTvisas Order Form
- Letter of Invitation which must contain the traveler’s
- full name, date of birth, nationality, and intended dates of travel as provided in your Business Introduction Letter and flight itinerary
- full name, nationality, local address, phone number, and relation of the inviting person
- name of the host organization
- exact purpose and details of the nature of your visit
- request the same number of entries and length of validity of the visa requested in your Business Introduction Letter
